What are the tuition rates?

The cost of tuition is $5300 a year. There are no additional curriculum fees throughout the year.

There is a 10% discount on siblings enrolled in the school.

There is a $100 application fee. (This is a one time yearly fee and is per family).

A school supply list will be distributed with basic school supplies.

There are fundraising opportunities to help families who need assistance in covering tuition costs.

Are you a Christian based program?

I am a practicing Christian and our program is housed in a church however we will not be teaching formal Bible lessons or about the Christian faith. The non-profits we will work with during this time are trusted Christian ministries who are doing powerful work in the world. It is very likely that your child will be exposed to Jesus and the Gospel through these organizations. Of course, my door is always open to answer any of their questions or yours as they may come up. We will also have a moment of silence/prayer before lunch where children can bow their heads in prayer/reflection if they choose to do so but there will be no formal prayer said aloud.

Is there tuition assistance?

Often there are donations that have been set aside to help families who need funding for the program. If you find yourself in financial need please reach out and if possible we would love to help you find a way to help make the tuition more manageable for your family.

How do I let my district know I am homeschooling?

The first thing you will do is fill out the Home Notification Form. We will provide you with a copy when you enroll along with a list of curriculum we will be using at Anchor. You will want to supplement it to include any other materials, field trips, activities, or classes your child will be participating in on "home days." This form then is to be dropped off or sent certified with return receipts to your Superintendent office. Email is not recommended because you have no proof of who received it or when, unless they respond. It must be done before the end of the first week of the school year but we recommend doing it prior to the start of the year.
